Common questions

My invite code doesn't work

Codes are 8 letters and numbers, like ABCD 2345. Capitals, spaces and dashes don't matter. If it still fails, the pact's creator may have made a new code (which turns off the old one), so ask them to send the latest.

The camera says "No workout space detected"

POKE checks you're somewhere you can train before you check in. Pan slowly so your equipment or space is in view: a rack, weights, a mat, a bike, a track. You can rescan as often as you like, and nothing is used up until the scan passes.

Someone's check-in looks fake

Tap Flag on the check-in in your pact's feed. It's marked as flagged and everyone in the pact is told.

Too many pokes

You can mute pokes for any pact in that pact's settings, and change your planned training days there too. Pokes only happen on your planned days.
